As an early digital native, he has been supporting some of the worlds leading brands in large scale enterprise transformation: from the advent of PCs to ERPs, to the current edge of XR realities, web3 and AI.

As a researcher of individuation and transformation, he has been studying with teachers and masters around the world for over three decades. He has created multiple startups, co-founded a non-profit for Conscious Creativity that serves as the Transformational Arts & Media node for a UN think tank, ran an art gallery in the middle of the world’s largest artist colony, worked in entertainment and media production, and with creative and innovation teams around the world.

Realizing that systemic transformation also always requires personal transformation, he has been sharing tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and support leaders in developing the capacities needed to thrive in volatile and uncertain contexts. He is a passionate researcher and has been integrating frameworks from various transformational modalities and perennial wisdom traditions with the latest findings in neuroscience and innovation tools. 

Today, he equips transformational leaders around the world with authentic sensemaking, powerful frameworks and practical tools. 

Living in Berlin and Los Angeles, he speaks and teaches around the world and supports a select cohort of future leaders as a trusted guide and advisor. He serves as a partner at LUMAN providing frameworks for leaders of the future.
