ADVISORY & COACHING

A trusted guide for pivotal moments.

For leaders navigating their own transformation — not their organization's.

There are moments in a leader’s life that strategy alone can’t navigate.

A significant role transition. The disorientation of building something genuinely new. The quiet crisis of realizing that the identity you built your career around no longer fits what’s being asked of you. The question of what leadership actually means when the systems and certainties you relied on are shifting.

These moments don’t resolve through more information, better frameworks, or harder work. They resolve through a different kind of thinking — rigorous, honest, and grounded in thirty years of working with exactly this territory.

WHAT THIS IS

Philip works with a select cohort of leaders as a thinking partner and advisor — those who are navigating leadership transitions, building something genuinely new, or asking harder questions than their organization is ready to answer yet.

This is not coaching in the traditional sense. There are no structured programs, no fixed methodologies, no certification outcomes. It’s the kind of thinking partnership that develops over time: rigorous, personal, and grounded in a research arc that spans adult development, neuroscience, somatic practice, and thirty years of sitting with leaders in the most complex moments of their professional lives.

Philip holds space for the questions that don’t have easy answers. For the leaders willing to sit with them long enough to find their own.

Not a one-type-fits-all coaching program.

Not a consultancy engagement with deliverables.

Not a motivational relationship.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Leaders who are in genuine ownership of their situation — not looking for someone to tell them what to do, but for a thinking partner who can help them see clearly and act from their own ground.

In practice, this has included transformation leaders navigating the human dimensions of AI adoption. founders who have scaled successfully and find themselves questioning what they built. Senior executives in leadership transition who need to think through what the next chapter actually requires. Intrapreneurs and innovation leaders building inside institutions that weren’t designed for what they’re trying to create. Even artists.

The common thread: someone who is serious about their own development, and who understands that the outer work and the inner work are the same work.

One-on-one

Ongoing advisory relationship. Typically monthly or bi-monthly sessions, with availability between sessions for the moments that don’t wait for the calendar.

Small team

Philip also works with leadership teams at critical junctures — new leadership constellations, strategy inflection points, or teams navigating genuine transformation together.

Duration

These relationships develop over time. The minimum commitment is three months. Most engagements run six to twelve months or longer.

Philip is a magician who playfully uncovers tensions, creates ‘aha’ moments, and leaves each participant with a warm sense of achievement. Structured, but not textbook-like, calm and composed, yet also open and vulnerable, empathetic, yet also revealing — sessions with Philip fly by like a pleasant, yet exciting short vacation. Maximum points and the warmest recommendation for an exceptional coach and trainer.

If you are asking harder questions than your organization is ready to answer yet, that's usually where the real work begins.

Start with an exploratory conversation. No obligation — just a chance to explore whether there’s a fit.
