In every moment, the observer in us collapses probabilities into actuality, waves into particles, creating our experience. Most of the time, we are not aware of these probabilities, but we can see them in our physical environment, our emotional landscape, personal relationship patterns, work situations, any repeating patterns. In every moment, we have the opportunity for free will, i.e. we can repeat our existing probabilities, or consciously adjust them through our choices – including conditioning and meta-programming for more severe cases -, creating an ever-unfolding universe and effect in the reality we perceive.

LOVE

“Love is always patient; love is always kind; love is never envious or arrogant with pride. Nor is she conceited…” (Corinthians 13:4)
“Love” has nearly become meaningless through its use. From romantic co-dependent notions of love to loving French fries, love in our society is missing the point and causes more pain than even war. To overcome the attachment of “love” to neurotic notions of Eros and lift it to the level of Agape, we can define “love” as extending our definition of self beyond the limits of our own ego and reference point. As soon as we think “I,” we are separate from everything around us. Love is actively connecting to the world around you, beginning with your definition of self.

7 Spokes on the Wheel of Relating

In our lives as humans we encounter seven key relationships. According to the Vedas, ancient Indian teachings, all those relationships should make us feel like a mother’s breast ready to explode with milk of joy. The key being that it’s our relating within all of those relationships equally and in proper balance. Each have equal importance, the connection to family, our partner, our friends, our community (which includes work environment, neighbors, etc.), our personal ritual (be it art, sports, meditation, anything you do for yourself), nature (which includes our relationship to food, sex, animals), and teachers (which can be therapists, yoga teachers, mentors, counselors.) Each of these are independent relationships, they don’t need to be “good” – we might have to establish proper boundaries – but they need to feed us.

Life in this reality manifests itself within the four elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth, guided by Spirit above indicating the existence of non-material circuits. The Pentagram is an age-old depiction of this formula. It has been used in 3000 BC in Sumer, was seen as a symbol of perfection in Greece especially by Pythagoreans, is used by Jews as the Star of David, by Christians representing the five wounds of Jesus and used as protection against witches. It is also heavily used by witches and in occult symbolism as the “flaming star” representing “good” when pointing upward, “evil” when pointing down – or representing spirit’s decent into matter or matter reaching up to spirit in more evolved occultism.

Conscious Creativity and the 8 circuits

In this reality, we experience a two-fold movement of the materialization of spirit and the spiritualization of matter. The path of consciousness into material existence, and the raising up from the material experience toward “home”, evolution and involution. In the process, we pass through eight different neurological circuits, each full of programs to help or hinder the respective path. Our work lies in constantly reaching to be more conscious, more authentic as we interpret our material experience and turn lead into gold, and to bring into material being that which we intimately encounter in our inner being through our self-expression.

4 Circuits of Material Experience

We experience this 3D reality on four different levels of consciousness: physical, emotional, mental and relational. Like plants, we have a physical consciousness, constantly using chemicals to create life. We also, like animals, have an emotional territorial consciousness – causing us to advance and retreat, like and not like. Then, we have time consciousness: we give persistence to objects by assigning symbols, from grunts to complex language, spoken, written or in iconography. At this point in human development, we are beginning to utilize our relational intelligence in addition to the other three, we begin to think globally, build relationship trust networks, extend our brains to those of our community, and open up to love in its purest form by grokking the paradox of “i” and “other.”
