Healing

Integrating with the Whole

Healing for me is about the process of integrating with the whole. It is about the development of ego and about the process of mastering the ego in order to move to the next level of consciousness using ego where ego is appropriate. It is about sustainability and integration with our environments.
Ultimately it is about ever expanding the subtle balance between complete integration with the oneness of all and the necessity of separation in order to maintain an experience of self, so that we can become conscious co-creators.

Practice

In my practice I use a variety of healing methodologies from yoga, tantra and ayurveda, to NLP and other modern methods of psychology. In addition, I am a certified Reiki Master teacher. At the moment, many of us experience a fractured reality, having parts of our selves separate from us and lost in this material world. Healing is about bringing these pieces home and turn change into transformation.
