Consulting

Have an idea or a project and need a framework to approach it and to guide you as you implement?

Are you feeling overwhelmed and need some clarity or approach for your existing project or initiative?

Do you find yourself in need of new ideas, new organizing principles or metaphors for yourself or your organization?

Need a spark? A catalyst to get things moving?

I do that. And I do it quite well.

I eat complex for breakfast. Complex meaning complicated and changing.

I like to make complex things simple – the other side of simple: AFTER you have immersed yourself in the matter, integrated the web of requirements and dynamics, and innovated novel approaches.

Background

From when I was a kid and started to program databases to developing program management frameworks for large-scale enterprise projects for global Fortune 500 companies, my brain has always enjoyed a good challenge.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a variety of industries: health care, military, education, arts & entertainment, new media, finance and fashion.

Approach

My approach is generalist and holistic: I draw from a plethora of – at times seemingly unrelated – domains, to extract perennial and cutting edge concepts and apply them to their maximum effect and efficiency.

Utilizing time-tested systems, I like to combine applicable esoteric principles with the latest research in cognitive science.

Creativity and full left/right brain integration are central elements of what I bring to any project.

Results

My projects have come in under budget and in time consistently. I have an obsession with coherence and a passion for ROI. Many times achieved ROI paid for my services while still engaged.

The task of genius is to keep the miracle alive, to live always in the miracle, to make the miracle more and more miraculous, to swear allegiance to nothing, but live only miraculously, think only miraculously, die miraculously.
