Community

“I am a part of all that I have met.”

Alfred Lord Tennyson

waves we makeHaving been exposed to machine consciousness most of my life, and seeing that we will eventually weave the web between human and machine even further, it is of great interest to me to instill new patterns of human relating that embrace and celebrate both the individual and the entirety of consciousness-capable beings before machines begin to operate on current human behavior patterns.

As this relates heavily to building and leading community, I am further interested in creating value systems, culture and frameworks for community engagement.

Community can be seen as the fourth brain, allowing us to willfully extend our individuality into a networking node, expanding our access to information and knowledge, and allowing our value to be utilized for common evolution.

With the fourth brain comes it’s own paradox of “I” and “Other.” To activate fourth circuit relational thinking one has to integrate the paradox and understand all relationships as mirrors of our own inner states.

Living in community requires integration and sharing. Having lived in various places across the globe, I have created communities in virtual and physical spaces and continue to do so every day.

Apart from being a community leader serving other leaders, I serve as a counselor and minister offering custom wedding ceremonies believing that every ceremony can be as unique as the humans involved.
